Kevin, I'm using average temperature anomaly in the climate yield model, not productivity weighted anomaly. Here is link to NOAA page for the data series I'm using:

When I ran the climate model using +1.3 for average temperature anomaly it reported expected 2017 US corn yield = 166.5
