The difference between 2013 & 2015 Nass Aug report was cornbelt July precipitation.

add edit: Also, looking at the individual states on progress reports comparing GE 2013 & 2015 - more GE acreage in 2015. so 63% doesn't = 63% when you plug in the ac each state contributes to whole US. I understand Nass says they weight for planted ac but I've not seen any evidence of this. ie. I do not know their definition of weighting - they don't show calculations or formulas that I know of ?
