Another thought too. It seems that a lot of the fork charts that have been posted appear to be after the fact. One of the most challenging
aspects of Andrews forks is knowing where to place the pivot . It rather easy to see after the fact , however rather difficult to see a pivot early in a move!
That's a good point. You're right, you need confirmation of the pivot, whether it's a higher low/lower high. Not arguing with you that charting is necessarily easy. It's going to take some effort and time, but my point was that if farmers could better utilize forks I believe it would help them make better sales. Seeing and even feeling a turn realtime does take some time to grasp. Remember price always swings, so if the pivot is in and price runs away, it's still very likely that it'll pullback. Beans for example. |
