Subject: RE: A lot of 10K farmers in April are 8K farmers in October

SEIL
You guys kill me with your logic of only the current operator knows what a piece of land is worth? Let me know when the first auctioneer stops a sale during heavy bidding and says, "We'll just have to stop here boys and girls. We have already arrived at a price that the current operator says this piece is worth!"

Like a new owner/operator couldn't POSSIBLY raise pumpkins, watermellons, tobacco, Dairy Queens, sweet corn, white corn, organic soys, sod, blueberries, turkeys, ginseng, miniature donkeys, convenience stores, housing lots, etc, etc.

You guys wanna tells Menards that soil type will only cash flow 6k/acre?
