After living through the '83, '88 and '91 drought here, I heard plenty say "Better genetics" in 2012. Mowed it all down.
"Better genetics" only helps the high end get higher. Does nothing for the low end. Just like a new golf ball, softball bat or pool cue will not make a bad player better........but all three will make a very good player fractionally better.
