| Good Sunday Morning. Enjoying a coffee on the deck at our cottage right now. This is why we bust our butts all week so we can get here. A hot week past and sounds like a hot one coming in our part of Canada. Not so bad for us as we've had lots of water and our crops are on the late side. So different than virtually everyone else who are suffering from the drought. Hoped on the scale yesterday morning before we left and was hanging in at 223. A summer of little change, but at least no big gains given the weddings and family celebrations we've had. Will likely not be around next week with our long weekend but will try and behave around the food. Have a good week everyone. | |
