| The USDA is a joke and so is NASS. Pretty much all gov agencies are horrible in today's world. An example in the latest report on Rice. It was a mostly bullish report except that were high on the carry out number as usual and low on exports. But the thing that blew my mind is that they lowered domestic use which hardly every changes and when it does it goes up. And don't get me started on them believing everything that comes out of the Chinese and Indian gov mouths about their rice stocks. | |
