I think you are far too kind.  They come up with stocks numbers, carryouts based on yield and acreage numbers they already have a very good idea are not accurate.  If one report causes too much of a reaction they have another report to quash a rally.

By their own reports they have the worst crop conditions since 2012.  But the yields are going to be the same as in March?  Alrighty then!
