SC Iowa		Appears the ECB will be dealing with another shortened corn crop....and firm to strong basis levels

the west is the question mark, esp if the western 1/3 would have a short crop, leaving the center to fill in gaps both directions

the X factor is whether SA corn works into the east coast, muting some of the expected basis strength in the ECB
