Our farm is in NW Illinois and corn looks really good. Could just use more sun and warmth but stands are good. we drain well over there so the rain hasn't hurt too much yet. I'd say most of corn is planted and beans are half done. Where I live in Harvard, IL I'd guess that half of the fields haven't been touched yet.
