If it was a small backwards calf I'd say there's a chance of another calf still in her. Usually they are pushing for a reason sometimes not. If it never comes all the way out there's no reason to send her. Give her a spinal and double check that nothing is in her. Repeat a spinal in 6 hours if she is still pushing after that she needs sewing up.
