| Experience with Direct TV.
Were good company until AT&T decided they needed to own them and impose their brand of management style. Go ahead if you appreciate AT&T. Like Verizon because of good coverage in rural areas - most of the time. But then cell phones are merely souped up- radios.
Super low monthly to start and like a two year contract. Then those deals "expire!" And the monthly price moves up.
Need to call their "customer retention" department and threaten to cancel service and you can gain some of the loss back.
Dish and Direct get into "discussions" with local tv stations about their right to re-broadcast local channels.
With streaming and new technology there has to be a better alternative. Rural broadband?
