+1000 If seller really had represented it well and had other guys in line to buy it, it would have been sold by now for what he was asking.
Scare Tactics is all the seller is trying here. I would run away fast from that deal also. Over here the first guy that shows up with $ usually gets it. Emails and voice mails have zero value if no signature was on a contract.
