A 91 dodge cummins engine is not computer controlled, The computer is for the truck systems and auto trans not the engine. The engines for the most part are the same engine, they should both be rotary pump motors. The Dodge motor will be tuned for an intercooler. I would like to know what is different about the heads, I would think you could swap the pump and injectors and be good to go.
