South central kansas | Tough farm sector times can be the result of many inter related factors, which you point out very well. Unless you farm in a marginal area, like you do, it is hard to imagine the greater impact Mother Nature as on financial well being. If you farm in those areas, you have to be optimistic!!.
Hard times in Ag naturally increases bankruptcies, more than when prices are high and the farm economy is relatively in good shape.
