2016 is when the daily treasury rate bottomed on the 20 year at 1.69%

The 1 month that day was .26%, a 1.43% spread

Today is 2.97% 20 yr, .69% 1 month so a 2.28% spread

You missed the bottom by a little over 8 months, or 128 basis points.

I check it frequently to have a "feel" for the trend, make your own conclusions
