South central Minnesota | Quarterly stocks report coming up at the end of the month. usage up to the first of march should be over the previous high for the quarter of 1.19 bbu in 2015. 2.9 billion was left after the first quarter this year or 16/17. We had an increase in carryout of 15 Mbu in the wasde to 435 Mbu, FAS compiled report. Quarterly stocks report is compiled by NASS. To note last year the march 2016 wasde showed an increase of 10 Mbu carryout over February to 460 Mbu. The quarterly stocks report showed a decline in usage of 10 Mbu compared to 2nd quarter 2015 and stocks were 20 Mbu over 2015. Even if quarterly use is equal to 15 or 16 we should be around 1.71 to 1.72 bbu left 2 weeks ago.
