20 year loan for farm land. Can get variable of 4% or fixed of 5.6%. Both from Farm Credit.
Now I remember years ago on NAT the talk was to get all your loans fixed ASAP. We did not fix any. But today I am thinking it is time for the rate pendulum to start swinging the other way.
