| I used their service last year. If you have some high cash rents and bankers concerned about your marketing they are ok. There deal is to get you price protection to keep you in business and not hit the home run. They introduced some new software this year to give you more marketing alternatives. When the market tanked last summer they looked great. With the market recovery in december it was kind of a push. Their business grew quite a bit last year and my one on one service did not live up to my expectations so I did not renew my service. | |
