Look at the shop rates at the equip dealers, it's like a heart surgeon. What happens in ten years when all this high prices equipment starts to fail? I was told last year a replacement r series engine is 67,000 without labor! If every taxing entity and input person is going up 3 to 8 % per year every year, something has to give, I don't see our inputs going down, which imo leaves only one way out. |
