Nebraska aka the boondocks | There is a bunch of quarreling going on in the "unicameral" now, I fear to no avail. Why would Lincoln and Omaha want to change a "state aid school system based on a needs formula," that gives $3400 per year to elkhorn, a town with a median income of 67,000 and zero aid to towns with median incomes of 24,000? Purely logical or criminal. I have told many farmers to prepare for 140 an acre tax, the only way out for us is inflation. As for the football games, it is part of our lives, I am hoping to repurchase season tickets this year as there are around 2000 seats available each June now.
