Northern Illinois | A corporation that I am a part of listened to a presentation trying to solicit our business. We are involved in multiple commodities which require us to sell our product but buy inputs. They used sound marketing advise but it was going to cost a lot. They would use options to cover sales so we reap the market rewards if the market went higher on our product. They would use options to cover our purchases if the cost of our inputs went down so our input costs would be lower. It is sound but would have cost us a lot of money to use their system. | |
