SE IL | You will need a mobile processor and probably harvest doc key card as well as a data card. Ag express advertises a gps puck that will allow mapping. IDK anything about the puck but assume they have the wiring set up to plug and play. Alternatively, an itc receiver can be had fairly reasonable. The mobile processor uses PCMCIA cards which are getting scarce but can also use CF cards with an adapter.
Whether you need the key card depends on the software version on the moisture meter. I'm not sure what version requires the key card but once it has been updated to that version there's no going back. So if you get the software version someone here can tell you which way you can go. | |
