They all are such double edged swords. Short term and long term effects. To both sides of the deal.
It will be interesting how it sorts out. Probably a bumpy ride over 2017.
The net effect might be a surprise.
USA has a lot more capacity than it used to. If politics allows it.
A pipeline from Canada maybe would have been a good thing, but some can't/ don't want to see it that way.
Well I don't want to be political, sorry.
Russia is a little different than the old ussr was also.
It will be interesting how it sorts out over the next year. We are in a different world than we were in the 1970s, both here and there. It's a bold play with different players.
