North Arkansas | My son works for FedEx. In our area the rural delivery is contracted out. Some of the areas are pretty remote and if they don't have enough deliveries to justify the trip, they may sit on the package for a few days and then deliver to the post office. It don't make for the best delivery service but as a whole it's been cheaper, for me, to ship and receive with FedEx.
That being said, I much prefer UPS. Most of the time a delivery will arrive at least a day sooner. | |
