Because he didn't title it "Water Softener Machinery".
I thought about it, but frankly i think things like "water hose machinery", " wifes van machinery," " bathroom floor machinery", etc. just sounds a little corny. If the moderator feels like it shouldn't be here, then I have no problem with that.
