Group of guys around here usually goes out every winter. They always stop and ask mom if they can go get one if it runs in her place (about the only fenced place for miles). Who knows if they ask anyone else. Mom always tells them that they can go get it running again but they can't shoot it on her land. They always respect that and get it once it's over the fence.
