Thanks for the information. Turns outnit was the starter. Magnet came loose and wedged the armature tight. I am disappointed that the starter didn't last much longer than the warranty. I bought a new affermarrket starter from rare electrical on amazon for $60. Figured couldn't be any worse than the genuine honda originial. At least no shop labor bill. Never priced one from the dealer.
