North Central Ia | We run a 16 row Red Ball pulled with a John Deere 8345rt. Plant 24 row. We run a protracker hitch with active implement guidance. Very critical to stay on strips when planting. Need to keep guess rows in check when running mismatched strip till/planter size. All rtk but it's very surprising the amount of implement drift even on gentle slopes.
You will find things the 2630 can do you never dreamed when stripping. No markers so AB curves get used a lot. | |
