If you dig around all 4 sides, in the shape of a pound sign, #, they push over easy.
2 foot diameter tree can kill you, be careful. If you get where tree is close to going, a 100 foot cable up in tree and tractor with cab is way safer. Even after tree is on ground, there still is a lot of energy in the limbs that are bent back.
