Ontario's middle east | IDK Tara, I suspect we see the spreads pull in, and maybe the bull spreading can spark a rally? I suspect that $4 will be hard to take out with hedge pressure. 40c could change some ink colour though so having a plan and open orders working is a must IMHO. We have seen some weak basis and given some time I believe basis will follow the spreads higher. Albeit with a flattening spread structure, expectations maybe should be tempered. For most producers, setting a cash target, then let'er rip should be on the play list for a good chunk of unpriced production. | |
