Central Ga | I have filed several claims over the years and always got my money back. Bought an item from overseas a couple of years ago that was advertised as new. When it arrived it was in good shape and usable, but most certainly not new. I tried to work with the seller for a partial refund before I filed a claim. The seller was a real jerk and would have none of it. I filed the claim, the seller never responded and I got a full refund and kept the item. That was not what I wanted. I only wanted a partial refund. Never heard anything else from the seller.
