Subject: RE: End of field harvest critters

North of London
I was cutting grass at picnic site on property across road.
Came back across creek and surprised a flock of turkeys on grass track.
6-8 adults and 20-30 young.
They all took off running on the track toward the road almost 1 km away.
Adults soon ran/flew/jumped into soys in neighbours and then some of the young went into the soys gradually as we preceded to the road but I still had around 10-12 running ahead of me when I got to the road,
They crossed the and hid out in a few trees in front of our house so a short while later while we were on the deck the dogs came running across the lawn with a young turkey ahead of them.
Ran it right up to the deck where the trapped it.
Daughter rescued the turkey and carried it back out to the trees.

Too many turkeys here i though the dogs should have kept their reward
