MN next to lakes | I appreciate your thoughts, but have to respectfully disagree. I personally don't consider 3% as a decent rate of return. Whether a person has to borrow or has cash in a tin can. I always value money at 5%. Average stock market return is around 7%. Bonds should do a solid 5. So... 5000 land @ .05 is 250/ acre plus tax ? 50?? Plus improvements ( can be debated). Anyhow, looks like min 300 rent before it taps princ. | |
