Careful what you wish for
Bingo , Bag maybe LL will get lucky and find somebody that will pay more than you........I don't understand it when many ran up rents to get a new farm or 10 more and now asking LL's for reduction ,Bag this might not be your case at all but I have seen enough guys offer big rents for new farm then yr. 2 or 3 later want to pay less than previous tenant |
