Have you ever looked at what is in those $2.50 dinners? Lots of fat and sodium. Not gonna tell you how to eat, but look at the back of the package sometime.
+1. As a diabetic that must watch my sodium intake, those TV dinners are just about the worst possible thing I could choose to eat. I resist adding salt to anything. To each his own.
