Sounds like you would like a rock picker that is 65 to 70 ft wide like modern cultivators . Would be nice but price would like scare you into picking by hand !
I have not had a ton of experience with rock pickers but will say that a stone fork is needed for the soccer ball size and up unless you don't care abut the machine . I have run a Kongskilde stone bear and they do work nice . Still need a clean residue free field for best results .
Other alternative might be to get a stone slasher/crusher and just bust and break them where they are . Not cheap but have heard they work . As far as depth I do not know how deep they will work .
Stones are like a volunteer crop that never goes away . Mother nature seems to push them up all the time .
