Any tips to pulling radiator? Have hood off. Book shows pulling all coolers in a group. From quick inspection looks maybe i can just pull radiator and leave fan, shroud, and other coolers there. Been a bad day at my place so didn't get to look very deep.


From reading your past posts about this tractor it sounds to me like it needs to be owned by someone else.

We had a STX 450 also. Was a scraper tractor before we bought it. We got it at 3500 hours and kept it until almost 7,000. It was in the shop once for hydraulic coupler rebuilds and we shelled the Lorde coupler out but fixed it in the field. Oddly the field was right next door to the CIH store but it was a fairly easy fix. Just hot and heavy. I'd buy one again in a heartbeat if I needed high horses. They are good tractors but it sounds like this one you have was built on Friday the 13th...
