Thunder Bay, Ontario, Great White North | No distance restriction on farm plates, my pickups all have 'em. Not sure if the e-test info is accurate, cars and pickups are exempt here because I am in 'Northern Ontario', but our International 1700 with farm plates needs the e-test, but it is not licensed the same as a pickup. BTW, don't worry about a bit of smoke for the test, the old IH always passes and can cough up a big cloud if you want it to. Haven't run into the fuel sniffer yet, he lives a couple miles up the road so I am able to keep an eye on him. |
