Western North Dakota | For 2-3k you can get all you need to remove it, you'd get 5-6 mpg better. Some states do emmissions checks but I know here in North Dakota they don't. I know Spartan Diesel makes a kit for ford but not sure about dodge. I'm planning on doing it but i'm also planning on keeping the pickup for a while. Wouldn't do it if i traded in a year or so
