Negligible amount of N loss if any, certainly not enough to worry about. Is the .25 inch of rain all you have received since applying? If yes your issue will be not having enough rainfall to move it into the soil profile for the corn to access. If your corn is showing N deficiency right now that is not a good thing of course.
