SW Ohio | I'll go the other way, yes you can put a small fitting in the bottom of the tank even if it is thin. several options, assuming plastic tank, either a rubber grommet that the tubing would fit snug into (like my bobcat tank and weed eater and others) or drill and tap for NPT and screw something to the tank(may need a locknut in the inside) (done this to many plastic barrels and drums) or use a very small bulkhead fitting like in larger spray tanks. If not a plastic tank some of the above will still work or you could braze something to metal if careful. | |
