North Central OH | Have 900-1000hr on a set running on gravel, dirt, and concrete. Would normally be looking for new tires, these look like they should go another thousand hour. Didn't really notice a difference in ride or traction, but haven't had a single flat in 3 years. As long as you put more than a 100hr a year on a skid, buy them you won't regret it.
Side note if you can't get them in the $500 range or less shop around, called one place when we were looking and they were $700-800 other place was $550.
