Take the black dust cover off and then there is a snap ring that holds the barrel of the coupler in. Take that out might need vice grips or pliers to pull out then look inside to see if the little tang on the lever has broken off that releases the hyd hose end. Had to repair on a couple of weeks ago because it did the same thing.
