I run 04 turbos, aixr, and twinjet all with 50 mesh boom strainers, no tip screens. Don't have any issue plugging with one over the other. I believe the orifices are the same size, there is just an extra outlet therefore why they say the drop size is a bit larger with a twin compared to a turbo. Just my thoughts.
