Subject: John Deere 1790 planter

West Central Ohio
We are looking at a John Deere 1790 planter to plant beans with. We found a ex off set kit to make it plant twin rows which we want to stick with. Right now we made a pair of 750 Jd drills straddle rows and plant twin row beans. Thinking about upgrading to a planter for accuracy and possibly putting some liquid pop up on when planting or capture for bugs. Just would like to know what pros and cons you guys have about it or things you wish you got on yours. Thank you!
