Are you sure the compressor isn't engaged? If it's not you can always run a hot wire to it to run it. You take a little risk because you bypass your safety switches. I'm just guessing, but if you lost your fan I'll bet all that happened is something in ATC controller is preventing it from grounding and everything else may be working fine.
Any way to bypass HVAC controller on 2188?
