Subject: 4640 hydraulic problem

WCIN
Had to rebuild the 2-speed on the quad range. The clutch oil pressure valve housing that is removed on the left side had to be replaced with a salvage part. I used all new springs and used my old valve housing that bolts to it in the inside of that, which had new spring installed in it. All ten o-rings on the tubes were changed.

Everything was flawless and then I lost main hydraulics at low engine rpm. Steering, trans, and brakes are great.

Hydraulic pressure increases with engine rpm. From 300-1500psi, but not to 2250psi.

Knowing this is a loaded question.....

Could a bad o-ring or a cracked pipe cause this issue.

This happened within 5 hours.
