Lancaster, OH | Good story. I believe that one of the ways for a young man to learn to behave is to successfully handle and feel some responsibility. When someone doesn't feel that they are responsible, that people count on them and that not coming through causes people to be disappointed in them they are not motivated to do much of anything on their own.
Obviously he has been trusted and rewarded and is ready for more.
