West central Ohio | + 1 on the tarps. Neighbor uses billboard tarps, old hopper trailer tarps, old side curtains from hog barn, anything cheap. Grain trailer tarps already have a sleeve sewn in to run a pipe through. Doesn't have to be perfect. Just shed some water. Doesn't matter if it has some holes and rips. He patched those with some tarp tape. Doesn't need to go clear to ground. Last summer he got some old tarps off of "conestoga" semi trailers. Has used old steel hauler tarps in past. Has quite a collection. Stores hay in lot of old open sided barns and sheds. Covers some of his stacks in the field. | |
